Our goal is to make your first visit to our office a great experience. Our friendly staff will check you in then take photographs of your smile and teeth. They will also use an advanced imaging system that takes a three-dimensional X-ray of your teeth and jaws.
Next, you will meet our treatment coordinator, who will give you a tour of our office and take some time getting to know you. This gives us a chance to hear from you. We want to know your concerns, hear your questions and find out what we can do to help.
Dr. Coleman will introduce himself and take some time getting to know you too. He is a good listener and knows what it feels like to have orthodontic problems. He will do an extensive examination of your mouth, teeth and bite and then explain to you what he has found. If treatment is recommended, he will provide a customized treatment plan and make sure you understand the plan and feel comfortable with his recommendations.
Our treatment coordinator will review with you costs, insurance and flex-savings information and introduce you to several flexible payment options. When your first visit is complete, you will have all of the information necessary to feel comfortable moving forward with treatment. We know that orthodontics is an investment, and we never want finances to stand in the way of you having that smile you deserve.
